Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Psychology from University of Hartford. She holds post Graduate certificates in Human Resource Management from Cornell University School of Business and Labor Management. In addition, she has taken several career development courses from NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies in Career Planning and Development. She is a member of the LinkedIn Hiring Advisory committee and previously was a Career Advisor for Pivot Planet, a resource for job applicants looking to identify new careers.
