Thanks to my friend Amy for sharing this easy and delicious broccoli kugel recipe--now I have a vegetable kugel to add to my potato kugel and pineapple farfel kugel!
Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen broccoli
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can Rokeach mushroom soup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Defrost and drain broccoli.
- Mix eggs, mayonnaise and soup together. Add broccoli. Pour into a 9-inch round or square pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
