The MAX Challenge is a fitness, nutrition and motivational with a ton of support.   There's nothing like it around. 

As a parent, it's hard to find time for ourselves - this is your 45 minutes.  Maria, a mom of three, gave herself this time.  She's now an instructor and has changed her life with THE MAX.

While learning to follow THE MAX nutrition plan, which is part of the challenge, you realize it's a better way of life. Eating clean, healthy food.  

Working out five days a week for 45 minutes a day--modifications are made if you can't do the particular exercise.  This is for everyone.  People 15 to 75 have participated and have broken through invisible barriers.

You simply choose your preferred class time, but if you need to attend another due to a conflict you're free to switch times.  With THE MAX, you can attend as many classes as you'd like.

My husband and I started the challenge in March of 2012. For my husband he always struggled with maintaining his weight -this program has showed him the way to eat.  I came in just wanting to tone up, everyone has a different story, but it's worked for them.
