Requirements:
-CDA, Associates degree or Bachelors degree or currently attaining one of these
-At least 2 years previous child care experience
-Be a positive, upbeat person with a high energy level
-Love children and parents and have a passion for their care and education
-Be very dependable & organized
-Desire to continuously improve and learn new skills
