Paint the Town Pink

April 30 - May 7

Around Pink Bank (Red Bank), Pink Beach (Monmouth Beach), and Pink Haven (Fair Haven)

 Join us as we turn everything Pink for the fifth year in a row to raise awareness of the importance of annual mammography. Visit more than 170 Pink Partners to shop, dine, and pledge. This year, our event is bigger and pinker with many exciting educational special events.

Saturday, April 30

Pink Retail Day
Visit participating Pink Partners in Pink Bank and Pink Haven and enjoy hundreds of Pink discounts at the many businesses in town.

  • The Only One Red Bank Home Event: A Pink Retail Event (Pink Bank), 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Spring Into Pink Haven: A Pink Retail Event (Pink Haven), 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Play for Pink!
Come out and show your support as local sports teams Play for Pink! The event will feature tee ball, baseball, softball, and lacrosse on the field as well as lots of pink activities on the sidelines.

Mammos for Mom
In celebration of Mother's Day, give the gift of caring. Bring your mom or any mom you know (grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter, friend) for their mammography test and recieve complimentary gifts, delicious refreshments, music and breast health information.

Pink Haven Pancake Breakfast

  • Sponsored by Cub Scout Pack #127, Pink Haven Fire House, 8:00 a.m. - noon
  • $7 per adult and $5 per child

Paint Everything Pink: A Fully Pink Family Day!
We're putting a fresh coat of "pink" paint on our kick-off event! 

  • Riverview Medical Center Parking Lot, Pink Bank, NJ, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

To amplify the pink hue of our 5th Annual Paint the Town Pink kick off event, we're featuring different "zones" of pink activities for everyone in your family, including:

  • Rockin' Country Thunder
  • Tom's Ford Experience
  • Education & Prevention
  • Real Men Wear Pink (designed for men)


Pink Beach Community Day

Paint the Sky Pink
Enjoy refreshments, activities for the entire family and pink kite flying as the sun goes down at Pink Beach!

  • Monmouth Beach Bathing Pavilion, Pink Beach, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Pink Plunge*
Brave it for a great cause! Take a dip in the Pinklantic Ocean to raise funds for annual mammography!

  • Monmouth Beach Bathing Pavilion, Pink Beach, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • $30 for adults and $15 for children under 18


Monday, May 2

Fit to be Pink*
Join Road Runner Sports for a fun and informative evening, featuring info session on breast cancer/mammograms, free 1-on-1 shoe dog foot analysis, free shoe raffle, 10% discount, refresments & cocktails.

  • Hosted by Road Runner Sports, Pinkbury, 6:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m.
  • Complimentary Event

Tuesday, May 3

Pink Lecture and Wine Tasting & Tapas*
Join us for a special evening beginning with a discussion on breast health from a physician at the Jane H. Booker Women's Center at Riverview, and end with a sampling of delicious wines and tasty tapas.

  • Hosted by The Wine Bar, Pinklantic Highlands, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Tickets are $25, Reservations limited.

Pink Lecture & Champagne Cocktail Event*
Join Donald Cugini, M.D. and John Taylor, M.D. for a lecture on breast and reconstructive surgery and enjoy Hors d'oeuvres, a pasta station, dessert, Pink champagne and refreshments.

  • Hosted by the Nauvoo Grill Club, Pink Haven, 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Tickets are $25, Reservations limited.


Wednesday, May 4

Girls Night Out at The Downtown*
Grab your "breast friends" and join us for a "girls only" night complete with live entertainment, pink cocktails, a fully pink menu, the music of the Mike Dalton Band and, of course, Pink Swag! This year's event has been extended to three hours! 

  • Hosted by The Downtown, Pink Bank, 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Tickets are $60, Reservations limited.


Thursday, May 5

Fighters, Survivors, and Supporters*
Join Negin Griffith, M.D. for a special evening celebrating breast cancer survivors, fighters and their supporters.   

  • Hosted by David Burke Fromagerie, Pinkson, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Complimentary Menu & Cash Bar


Friday, May 6

Party for Pink: Hosted by the Riverview Medical Center Auxiliary*
Come out for a fun-filled night of dinner, drinks and dancing to support the Pink Fund.

  • Navesink Country Club, Pinkletown, 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Tickets are $50 before April 18 or $75 after April 18


Saturday, May 7

Pink Hat Tea*
Be in the PINK about breast health…after a special presentation from a Riverview Medical Center physician. Be inspired…by the stories of breast cancer survivors. Be dazzled…by a Hat Fashion Show courtesy of New York Hat Designer, Lawrence H. Levens!
