Hope your week is going great and you're squeezing the last bits of summer out. Mommy camp is in full force over here.  We've been eating our way through all of the fun places the kids wanted to try on their summer bucket list, plus visiting different spots in NJ.  Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see some of our fun.

We started the week off with our Back to School event. Click HERE to see some pictures.  Kids enjoyed a healthy lunch and Bright Zebra Art Studio came in and led the kids to paint a beautiful picture frame.  Thanks to everyone who came out plus our wonderful sponsors as well as Whole Foods Market Marlboro for hosting and Bright Zebra Art Studio for the fun craft!  Click HERE to enter our Whole Foods Market Back to School Giveaway too!

We absolutely love meeting our readers and appreciate the warmth you show us when you tell us how much you LOVE our website/e-newsletter.  You're all so sweet.

Motherhood's hard and I love that you're able to share with me just how hard it is. Keep it real!  One mom of two little ones said I can either cry at home or come out, so I might as well get out of the house. She's right, get together with any adult you can and get some conversation in or just pick up the phone.  Glad we could help bring some peace to your day by getting in some adult convo and the kids behaving quietly, score!  I promise it will get easier and of course harder at times (in different ways), but it's all apart of this wonderful journey of parenthood.

Tuesday we took in Monmouth University, if your kids saw the movie Annie, it's a fun spot to visit as it was filmed at the school and it's so beautiful in Woodrow Wilson Hall.  For a healthy lunch (wink, wink)  we stopped at  Broad Street Dough Co, super fun donuts.  Kitchen Witch was our stop for breakfast in Long Branch - good if you have 30 minutes to chill and wait for your food and yesterday we visited Princeton and had fun with friends. Today we're off to Cape May.

Besides having fun we needed to get the nitty gritty accomplished as well. Raise your hand if you're pooped from the back to school clothing and supply shopping and doctor's/dentist's appointments?! We did a marathon of clothing shopping the other day, here's a tip -  go the mall around dinner time, during the week, it was so quiet for us.

My husband reminded me I'm making memories with them.  We are having so much fun, but being up at 3am so that I can get some work done is certainly a challenge. So if you see me falling on my face you now know why, don't judge!

Have fun with the family and keep making those memories!
