It's for all - if you're looking to lose ten pounds or more it's for you, if you're looking to tone up a little it's for you, if you're injured in some way give a call and most likely they can work around you injury and get you to the place you'd like to be.
Class times are 8:15am, 9:20am, 10:15am and 7pm. Five, Three and Two days per week options.

Class times are 8:15am, 9:20am, 10:15am or 7pm. 45 Minutes, Mon-Fri. You have flexibility to attend whichever time you'd like. But, you pick the time you'll frequent the most.
Located in Franklin Plaza, 557 Englishtown Rd, Monroe Township/Englishtown. It's on the corner of Union Hill Rd and Englishtown Rd.
It's different than other fitness classes, here the instructors know you and hold you accountable. The class roots for each other and you don't feel alone. It's always scary to try something new, but trust me this environment makes it as easy as possible.
Karma is under the direction of Maria Ragosa. Maria is certified in group fitness instruction and sports nutrition, she's a certified Reiki practitioner, a Second Degree Black Belt, as well as a local mom of three. She's here to help you get fit and healthy.
