Easy Broccoli Kugel for Passover

Thanks to my friend Amy for sharing this easy and delicious broccoli kugel recipe--now I have a vegetable kugel to add to my potato kugel and pineapple farfel kugel!
Ingredients
  • 20 oz frozen broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can Rokeach mushroom soup
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Defrost and drain broccoli.
  • Mix eggs, mayonnaise and soup together. Add broccoli. Pour into a 9-inch round or square pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
