Duties:
*Perform diverse administrative and advanced secretarial duties often of a confidential and/or complex nature.
*Answer incoming phone calls for new and existing clients, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and eligibility for services, as well as other office duties to help operate the practice.
*Following up on insurance claims and denials
Minimum Qualifications:
*Professional and friendly presentation
*Must be responsible and reliable, and must have prior experience in an office setting
*Ability to handle several incoming calls while staying organized
*Must have experience with website browsers, word processing and Microsoft Excel
*Accepts training, correction and feedback well
*Must have experience with verification of insurance benefits and claims processing
*Experience or general knowledge of learning disabilities and behavioral issues a plus.
