Perhaps you were wondering what's it all about?  Well now you can try it!  Sign up for one of the Macaroni Kid Pure Barre free classes, tell your friends too!  Make some ME time, you deserve it!

Please be sure to wear pants and  bring socks, Pure Barre sells sticky socks if you'd like to purchase. Arrive 15 minutes early.  Each class is 55 minutes. Limit one free class per person, only 22 students per class.

Here's a little bit about my ongoing experience with Pure Barre
It's a workout that's truly for everyone, but specifically works on all the problem areas that women have most, although men do participate too.  Pure Barre is all about small isometric movements. I've noticed more definition popping up and some soreness in all the right spots.  The classes are fun and motivational.  You leave feeling ready to conquer the day with a positive spirit.  
After other workouts I normally would have pain in certain areas of my body, which I thought was just from aging.  Apparently not.  Pure Barre is helping to increase my posture and minimize my back pain I was experiencing.  I'm loving all the extra benefits that come from this workout.  Increased flexibility is a huge plus too.

Modifications are available for all and it's very low impact.  The class is 55 minutes long and the instructor walks around correcting your form and making sure you're getting the most out your experience. In a very gentle manner that was truly appreciated.

To start off while in the room you grab a mat, a small Pilates ball, a band and weights, if you desire.
I thought how challenging could this be and what can I possibly do with this little ball?  As time goes on through different poses we started to use the ball for added resistance.  Lets just say you'll look around the room saying wow this doesn't look too challenging, but it truly is.  With sweat dripping off of me I realized this is a really great workout.  I was using muscles I haven't during my normal workouts elsewhere.  The next day I had that good sore feeling in all the spots I wanted to (women, you know what I mean).   It's a different work out, but plenty of the members just do Pure Barre as their workout and maintain an amazing shape.  Picture long lean muscles, of course eating right is always important too.

It's also a great escape for the mind.  It's a relaxing class, with great music, I left in a great relaxed mood.

 The owner Susan, instructor and front desk staff were all super helpful and the studio is extremely clean and well kept.

It's definitely worth a try, if you're looking to get a great low impact workout this is perfect for you.  You'll see the results, just stick with it.  Even pregnant moms to be can participate and older people can participate.
